I have just finished reading ‘Red Devils on D-Day’, cover to cover – what an excellent book.
I have carried out my own research on my Father’s experiences on D-Day in the 224th (Para) Field Ambulance, but Mr. Barber has provided far more detail and clarity than I had been able to discover on my own.
Thank you!
I’m really pleased that you like it, David. Many thanks for the comments. I’m really pleased that your father’s exploits are now remembered, and publicised, in print.
